CELLOS’ Limited 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

1 year limited warranty starts at the day you receive the cello. The ebay item number of your purchase is the warranty number, you will need to provide us the item number to report any issue of the cello.

Applicable only to workmanship defects and only to original buyer (VOID if sold to 3rd party)
- Beyond 1st week, buyer is responsible for ALL S/H
- Instrument must be returned to manufacturer’s warehouse to determine if the problem is a craftsmanship defect or due to wear & tear or abuse
- Recourse on repair/replacement of parts or whole is at the discretion of the manufacturer
- Any UNAUTHORIZED repairs will NOT be reimbursed under any circumstances
Excludes
- Strings, which may snap during installation. ( Even the most seasoned professionals can break strings)
- Bow: which supposes to be wear and tear.
- Resetting of sound post, if it should become necessary.
- Reworking the cello bridge for a custom/specialized set-up; our cellos come with a standard set up
- Slippery pegs ( It is key to push the pegs in firmly as you twist to tune, to get them to hold firmly after you are done tuning. A little powdered rosin on the pegs where they meet the wood in the peg box can help the pegs hold tightly too. Peg drops or peg dope can be used, but a little powdered rosin can do the job too.

- Abuse
- Normal changes due to climate, preventable weather-caused cracks and seam separations
