GENERAL SALES QUESTIONS

Question: What Guarantees Do You Offer?

Answer: Every item that we sell is 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, just simply return the item in its original packaging and condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund less shipping & handling charges.

Question: Where are your instruments manufactured?

Answer: All of our instruments are manufactured in China.  They are directly from our manufactory, that’s why we can offer those quality instruments at below wholesale price.

Question: How Are You Able To Offer Such Low Prices?

Answer: Our main business is wholesale instruments to music stores, schools and other resellers, since we are selling by high volume, we don’t need to mark up prices like music stores. Most of the music stores we wholesale to, will mark up the instruments 4 to 6 times of our wholesale price. A lot of the items we offered were below our cost, it is because we are not looking to make profit from it, we just want to get our brand name out of the market.

Question: Is your instruments teacher approved?

Answer: Yes, each of our instruments had been approved by 1000's of music teachers nationwide.

Question: Can I change the size or color of my item?

Answer: Sorry, the color or size of the item can affect the ending price. We cannot change the color or size on ended auctions. Additionally, eBay’s policy does not permit color or size options on auctions.

Question: Does everything in the picture come with the auction?

Answer: Yes, unless otherwise stated in the description.

Question: What is your Return Policy?

Answer: We guarantee all our items to be as described. If a refund is desired, please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs (to our warehouse) when returning your merchandise. An RMA Number MUST accompanies returns. You must return the item in its original packaging and condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund less shipping & handling charges. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable. No exceptions. In the event your merchandise is returned in any other condition, we will refund your full purchase (less shipping and handling) minus a 30% restocking fee if any of the following occurs (at our sole discretion):

  • The merchandise is not returned in it's original packaging and condition
  • The merchandise has broken parts. (strings, bridge, tuner, bow, etc.)
  • The merchandise is otherwise considered non-resalable, or must be sold as "used".

 

Question: Can I Negotiate My Final Winning Bid?

Answer: Unfortunately, Ebay prohibits Sellers from offering different pricing to winning Buyers. Once an auction has ended, your winning bid amount represents a contract to purchase our product/s at the price you placed on your bid.  It simply cannot be renegotiated after the auction has ended - regardless of the reason.

Question: Can I cancel my Winning Bid after the auction?

Answer: No, you cannot cancel the bid after the auction ends. Please remember that every bid on eBay is binding . Bidding on multiple identical items should be done only if you intend to buy all of the items. If you feel that you entered an incorrect amount, please review this section of Ebay for instructions on retracting your bid prior the auction ended. You are responsible for your winning bid regardless of any reasons that prevents you from completing the sale. 

Question: I received my product damaged/defected or there is a missing item. What should I do?

Answer: We professionally package our products to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. You must notify us of any damaged/defective or missing item within 24 hours of receipt,( please save all packaging). We will not replace any damaged/defective or missing items if buyer did not report to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will respond to your claim within 24 hours to resolve the matter. If your package has visible damage please inspect before accepting.
